Pedal a few strokes to wake it, and keep it close to your phone. Close Zwift and other apps first: a trainer talks to one app at a time. Still nothing? Turn Bluetooth off and on, then try again.

Most trainers take one connection at a time. Quit the other app fully, not just to the background, and look again in Wielie.

Check that the extension is signed in with the same account as your phone, then click Wielie on the video's tab. If a site blocks speed changes, Wielie pauses and resumes the video instead.

Open the Wielie popup and tap Wrong video? to pick the right one. During ads your ride waits, and nothing changes speed.

In the app, go to You, then Your subscription, then Restore purchases. Use the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

In the app under You, or at wielie.com/delete. It removes everything, but it doesn't cancel a subscription.
